Bose means best!
Great quality and well worth buying new from a reputable shop.I have had the Quietcomfort earbuds for a couple of years now, and absolutely love them. They still have the best Noise Cancelling feature of all the earbuds.Needless to say, I dropped my charging case, one too many times. I tried to superglue the lid back on, this lasted a few weeks, then I used elastic bands...which weren't as effective. Then one day last week, the left earbud didn't charge and I was annoyed at myself for being cheap.So I went online and bought this. It came the very next day and is perfect.I looked online on ebay the likes, and there are a lot of dodgy second hand charging caese out there, and a few fakes.I decided that I should ensure I get the genuine product from the Bose shop!

Perfect replacement
Needed a replacement after the charging connectors broke on my last ones. I think these are the best earbuds I’ve ever owned with Bose so I was glad the case was available to purchase. Looks and works perfectly

Very bad
Thought they were good but just after 3 months the earphones won't charge when u put them in the case they stay connected to device and to charge u have to put charger in

Ruined my original one due to charging it on the wrong charger, it melted and luckily did not cause a fire.
