Superb front flipper.
Superb knife. Beautiful lines, elegant design. Great fit and finish. Well ground blade, perfectly centered and very sharp. Great front flipper, smooth action. Solid lockup with no play whatsoever and drops shut...watch out and avoid getting nicked. Very deep carry clip. Perfect size for EDC if you found the regular Momo too big.

My favorite knife, and I have a lot of them
This puppy is screaming sharp, shaving sharp. Perfect front flipper action, I’m not a master at front flippers myself but that long tab makes this so easy to operate. The design is impeccable, it’s kizer’s best design in my opinion. The blade shape is flawless, it’s got a distill taper all the way to the tip, crazy thin at the edge. The handle is perfectly ergonomic, and the damascus g10 looks fire! You can’t go wrong with orange and black, it’s really a work of art. What I really love about it is they substituted the 154cm blade that was original to the first design with a 14c28n blade. Made it cheaper, more affordable, and then the g10 damascus?! What’s not to like?! In my humble opinion, for a sub $100 knife, this design is of the highest form of quality, it’s tactile art in knife form, and a statement piece. I’ve got much more expensive knives in my collection but I have to say, the knives I appreciate the most are my sub $100 ones that bat way above their paygrade, this is one of those. If you like front flippers, if you like classy looking - extremely functional - knives, even if you don’t like front flippers, and you’re looking for a new addition for your pocket, this knife is a no brainier. Price wise, and design wise, I’d say it competes with the civivi vision and gives you more blade, more handle, and more aesthetic details to outclass it.

Tan handle/Nitro V model is gorgeous.
Beautiful knife. Hair shaving sharp. Very pointy. Blade is centered when closed. Front flipper works well, opens up snappy and effortlessly. Solid lock up, zero wiggle. Great quality and workmanship. Handle is delicately textured for grip. Not overly though, which is good. Some handle texturing is too much, almost abrasive (Cold Steel is a good example). The top bevel of the handle lining up with the top bevel of the blade is a nice touch, very nice looking. Handle screws are inlaid. Pocket clip screws are inlaid. Pocket clip itself unfortunately is not inlaid. It leaves that annoying little lip that gets stuck on thicker shorts/pants. Not a deal breaker by any means cuz there is plenty of room in the clip. The clip is nice. Very flexible. You don't have to worry about it snapping. It's not 100% deep carry. But close to it. I would rather it be less deep carry. And stick out more. Taking up less pocket inventory. But that's just me. I love a good stone grind blade. The stone grind on this blade is nice. Big slicer blade. For the size of the blade, and knife overall, it is very light. Which is great. Jimping on the front flipper is good and grippy. When opened, that jimping is at a good place to apply thumb pressure when needed for cutting. Although it is dead even with the handle surface, it should still supply a little extra grip in that area. The knife is very top quality. Easily stands up there with the best if them. Kizer is good at knocking it out of the park. This knives quality and workmanship is outstanding. For the 80$ I paid, it is easily well worth it. I bought the tan mycarta handle with Nitro V steel.

Fantastic quality for the price.
I really love this knife. I see lots of reviews where people are complaining about fit and finish and QC issues, but I had none of that. Built well, the action is very good, and the blade locks up tight with absolutely no movement in any direction. It was extremely sharp right out of the box. I've begun to collect knives, and I enjoy trying knives with new or different opening mechanisms. I've always wanted a fronth-flipper, and this one is great. I mastered it on the very first try. This is a very large knife, so be sure that's what you want when you order it. I can see why the mini Momo seems to be the more popular option because it's more of a normal pocket knife size. I opted for the big one because I have plenty of smaller size knives. For the price, this is a very well made entry level knife, and I look forward to exploring more of Kaiser's more high-end models. Recommended. P. S. One reason I'm so pleased with my purchase is that it was 50% off and I paid $37. The lower price is because this one is 14c28n steel. I have plenty of knives made with "super steels" and they are great, but can be very hard to sharpen when it's time. I love this steel because a couple passes on a leather strop brings it right back to its razor edge, and when it is time for resharpening it's easy to do.

Would be perfect except for one thing.....
First off, I love this knife, the action, front flipper deployment, the razor sharp factory edge, the materials, everything is great, except for one thing, the ergonomics. While it is not extremely painful to use, I wish they would have rounded the handle edges a little bit more and thickened the blade a little more. Also, the jimping is kind of useless as it is only meant for the front flipper and does not extend out onto the blade. I am getting use to it, but I haven't got rid of the return box yet. **Update** I returned this knife and got the CJRB Bowie Pyrite with ebony wood and I absolutely love it

Best surprise yet
I love this knife. It definitely makes the list of best knives and brands I've discovered during s sale on Amazon. I love its dominating size and unusual look. The flipper action take some practice, but after a week im already a pro. Great edge out the the box. Happy purchase.

So glad this 14C28N version became available!
This knife is everything I had hoped and it is my favorite Kizer ever! Phenomenal slicer, superb smooth action and comfort in the hand. Best front flipper I’ve ever used, easy to deploy even if you don’t like front flippers. Its satin finish is gorgeous and comes sharper than most others. Definitely made for work and pretty enough to show off to friends. Don’t let its size deter you from its usability as an everyday carry knife. Very comfortable in the pocket and light for its size. Perfectly balanced in the hand and definitely capable for practical or defensive use.
