IT IS NOT A STAND!!
I bought this adapter for use with my Yaesu Ft-817 and MFJ 1820T. After hooking it up it was so loose that the antenna kept falling over. I know the fix is to make a stand for the antenna to be propped against. I don't know what I expected but it is what I got. Don't expect it to hold tight but it connects sufficiently for a connection. IT IS NOT A STAND!!
