I love the rope itself, its flexible and seems to be of good quality. The handles are horrendous, they started making weird spinning sounds from day 1 of exercising and they also get really slippery after you start to sweat. Greatly overpriced, would recommend at maybe a third of the price.

I wanted to add some more intense cardio to my home workouts and decided to try a weighted jump rope. I was looking for something that felt like a real piece of fitness equipment, not a flimsy speed rope, and this set seemed to have everything I was looking for to get a more challenging workout. The real value, though, is having the three different weighted ropes. I started with the lightest one to get used to it and have been using the heavier 1/4 lb and 1/2 lb ropes as I get stronger. You can really feel the difference in your arms and shoulders – it’s a killer workout. Sizing the rope was easy; I just followed the instructions to trim it to the right length for my height, which only took a couple of minutes. Switching between the different weighted ropes is also simple and secure. This set has been a perfect way to add a challenging and effective workout to my routine. It's a high-quality system that's great for anyone looking to get serious about their cardio.
