Product was broken. We opened it 1 day after the 30 day return window. Reached out to manufacturer's support team and they initially responded but after we requested replacement part they stopped communicating. Update they did finally reach out and sent a replacement.

Perfect and georgeous, and functional.

This looked really cute online, and I was able to assemble very quickly. But it was broken upon arrival. So many other people have mentioned this too. I am waiting on a response from Homode support.

Absolutely love the quality of this product. It was extremely lightweight. We use it for keys, baseball caps a mail. Also it’s a plus that it matches the rest of our decor.

I received my order in a timely manner, but one of the hooks are broken. It was easy to assemble and looks great. It would have 5 stars if product was not damaged.

How disappointing, I really liked the looks of this shelf. 1st time ordered one of the coat hooks ere broken, returned that one and reordered to receive a 2nd broken unit with 2 broken coat hooks. The manufacturer box does nothing to protect the coat hooks!Very disappointing

Not sturdy. Appearance is cute but did have some flaws. I feel it needed more screws because it fell off the wall and broke.

The screws that came with it are not black like the photo, the finish is not the same. It's not shiny, it looks cheap and the prebuilt pieces don't fit together very well
