When I received this product I was a little skeptical because the box was really small..I would recommend that you have someone help to do this. It connects through an app and its very clear view. Easy to clean your ears come with all the tools too..it even tells you when your to close to the ear drum. But 4 stars because it was to big for my ears I had to remove the protective blue piece to see in my ear but fits my bfs ear perfectly fine. Great product. I’m gonna buy this for me and my family again.

1st: yes I clean my kids ears regularlyAnywho, I have taken my kids to 2 different doctors both saying their ears "look great have some build up but they'll be fine." I have asked they clean them out but they just prescribe the same ear drops and say come back if they get worse. So I bought this gem and the 2nd picture is the chunk of ear wax I pulled out using product. The picture is clear sorry I didn't get a picture of that. It does get slightly warm but what light sorce doesn't. If this does stop working in the future I'd buy it again and again.I worked on 2 kids about 10 minutes each and peaked at mine own and still had plenty of battery life left. Works great and so easy to use

Great price. Seems to be quality material. I have trouble using it and trying to see with my phone camera. May just be my issue so I’m not taking away from the product with a bad review. I will continue trying. People like me, where ear wax is a problem, can benefit from such tool.

This is a awesome device. An qtip cotton part stuck in my ear. I was able to track it with device and pull the cotton out of my ear. Easy to setup with the app. Great product.

I thought this item would help identify if earaches were because of wax buildup or swimmers ear. It’s very addictive once you start using it.
