This product is absolutely amazing. I’m genuinely glad I bought it—it’s everything I needed and then some. It’s powerful, easy to use, and made cleaning a whole lot faster and more effective. The attachments are solid, the battery lasts longer than I expected, and the design is user-friendly. I’ve already recommended it to friends, and I’d definitely buy it again without hesitation. If you’re on the fence, go for it—you won’t regret it.

Very impressed by the power this has. It really makes it effective and easy to use. Even in the tight corners of the shower. I have had others that bog down when you apply some pressure but that does not happen here at all. The grip is solid, and it feels well made, but is not to heavy move it freely. My youngest daughter was able to use it easily and found the size a perfect match for her as well.

The instruction booklet was short and to-the-point. The tool was easy to charge and assemble. I used it for the first time on some grout in the utility room tile. It had plenty of power on the regular setting. Using this was much easier than scrubbing by hand. I’m looking forward to using this thing on my shower glass and tile. My only wish would be a better storage solution than the mesh bag provided.

Works well, great for cleaning the shower/tub. The detail brush is great for getting in corners. Extendable handle keeps you from getting on your hands and knees to scrub the floor and reaching higher spots. Good power and battery lasts a long time.

UPDATED REVIEW!The extension rod knocks this down to 4-Star. The problem is that it’s a twist to tighten mechanism, which as you use it inevitably becomes loose and the thing is flopping all over the place. HOTO .. a design correction is in order! Make the extension rod have a locking mechanism (like an extendable handle on a carry-on,or just sell this as a hand piece set. The extension pole is a danger to use.So the whole electric scrub-spinner craze has gotten out of control! There are literally hundreds of these ranging in price from $20 to $50 bucks. I’ve tried a few and honestly they’re basically all the same (with some minor variations, like number of attachments, etc.) standard lightweight plastic build mediocre quality. This one, the HOTO is on a different level. First, the hand piece it’s molded plastic and metal. It’s solid seamless construction is top quality, you can feel the difference immediately. Besides being beautifully designed and thoughtfully packaged you can feel the power when you use it. As many have already pointed out (myself included) if Apple were to design tools this would be them. The fact that HOTO has won multiple Red Dot awards (world-wide recognition for excellent design) is no surprise. A few things worth mentioning: the attachments click and lock onto the hand piece (none of the others I tried had this feature) assuring even after many uses they will not fall off. Simply press the lock buttons on the shaft of the brushes to release them. Another thing worth noting is that the hand piece is solid and much heavier than the others, I could see how this might become difficult for some people as it has the weight and feel of a power drill, but running the whole thing underwater to clean it feels totally safe and secure as there are no seams anywhere on the body, and the charging port is in the back. Comes with three different size hard-bristle brushes and several pads that attach by Velcro to a large round flat attachment for buffing, scouring and sponging. Extendable rod and large drawstring pouch to hold the attachments when not in use. Lastly, while this spin-scrubber is twice the price of almost all the others… it is nothing like them. This is a quality tool, and well worth the price.

I did an absurd amount of research before I bought this item. My shower was...it was bad. And bending down to scrub it was painful. I finally pulled the trigger and bought this scrubber and I wish I had bought it 6 months sooner! It still took two scrub downs - but that's because I had really slacked and I have hard water. I love the handle. It is adjustable to be short when I am able to get up close, and long enough not to kill my back bending over. Having different heads lets me clean any hard surface efficiently and effectively. I honestly cannot get over how much I love this scrubber.

it won't charge right out of the box. I've been out of the country and missed the deadline to return - but it is useless if I can't charge it.I have been working with customer service 8 emails later I have sent invoices order numbers and their requested video but they said they can’t find my order. The product doesn’t work and customer service won’t accept returnDo not buy product is defective and note numerous low ratings.

I was on the fence about this product for a while because I have the Hoto screwdriver and I love it! I wanted to love this as well, but it ultimately fell short.The build quality feels great. All metal, comfortable, easy to use. But in practice, the tool loses a lot of speed when you apply any pressure and leaves a lot of cleanup behind as you use it. It takes much longer to clean anything than it does with a normal scrubbing brush, and you have to deal with extra mess.If you have some motor skill issues, this product may work well for you! If you are able bodied, just get a hand scrubber and you'll be much happier.
