tbh i’ve only been taking this product about 8 months. mostly taking it for long term anti-aging benefits but i will say if i go a day without it, i can definitely tell when i haven’t taken it bc i feel a little bit more on edge. shout out to the ashwagandha & turmeric! still couldn’t live without my SNRI’s but hey, in this hellscape every bit helps.

This supplement is a combination of moringa, Ashwagandha, turmeric and black pepper. It is made in USA in GMP facility, so I can be confident in the quality of this supplement. This capsules are easy to swallow and no aftertaste. I don't have any side effects. I feel more energy since I started to take it. It is a 3 month supply, so it is a good value.

I've had good experiences with moringa for arthritic pain reduction but had not tried liposomal formulations for better absorption. In the past 2 weeks I've been taking this, I'm not sure the liposomal version is having any different effect, even with the addition of Ashwagandha, Turmeric, and black pepper. Weather is warming here and I've not had as much of a pain flare either, so it may be hard to accurately judge the efficacy of this product at this time. It is standardized and claims to have organic ingredients, which I approve of and look for when I can afford to. This offers a 3-month supply for just under $40, however, which may make it unattainable or sustainable for those on a budget. That is just a little over $10/month, however, which is good if it absorbs better than other brands or types. I will give this more time and update the review if/when I notice benefits above and beyond the powdered/capsule formulation of this blend's ingredients.
