Not high quality, and leans forward too much.

I had been looking for a check pack for a long time, and I couldn't quite settle on which to get. I'm sure there are others out there that would be good, as well, but I'm super happy with this one. I am a bowhunter in the midwest, primarily hunting whitetails. I carry a pair of Nikon Prostaff 7Ss and a Vortex rangefinder pretty much every time I am out. I had added end caps and eyepiece protective caps to my binoculars because I had been using an open harness. This made them a little bulkier, and the end caps constantly flipped open when I didn't want them to. This harness has allowed me to remove those as the harness provides the protection needed from brush and twigs scratching the glass. It is very easy to put on and comfortable to wear. The fabric is very quiet and won't make noise against your clothes. The top has a magnetic closure, so it doesn't make any noise at all to open or close it. The binoculars fit in it well, somewhat snug but not too much. It isn't so tight that you have to struggle to get them in or out. But it also isn't loose enough that they move around or the case it unnecessarily bulky. It has a couple extra pockets. On the side, I haven't really used those yet, but I'll probably add my lens cleaner pen there. The front pocket is perfect for most rangefinders, so that's what I put in there. I do have quick release clips on the side attachment points of my binoculars, and I wanted the flexibility to easily change to a simple neck strap or my other open harness. So, I got two Nite Ice mini locking s-clips (the ones designed for keys), and they are perfect for making this harness a quick release attachment with the binoculars. I am very pleased with this harness and will be using it frequently while bowhunting. Give it a try!

Works well for my binoculars and range finder. Plenty of room for my phone and some snacks too

So, I was obviously able to get my small 15x- Binoculars in the main pocket but my Sig Sauer 1800BDX Rangefinder would not fit in any of the pockets that are intended to fit a rangefinder. Luckily, there was just enough space to fit it into the main pocket along side the binoculars. It isn't an ideal solution but it works. I put other handy, related items in the other pockets but I really would have like to have put the laser rangefinder in its intended pocket. maybe the pocket will stretch out a bit for it to fit. Otherwise, this is a really well-made bit of kit. I really like the way it opens, away from the chest, it makes accessing the main pocket so much easier than a front opening top. The materials are all good and the workmanship is solid as well.
