A replacement for my sink plug, I’m not really into DIY so I wasn’t sure what I was doing but this was such a simple swap for an old worn out one. With a pack of 4 I can easily replace that too when I need to. Good value for a 4 pack

I fitted my sink back together but it wasn't the seal that failed and had to get a new fitting for the sink drain.

We have one sink in our house, a small one next to the main one in the kitchen, that has a smaller diameter than the others, and I wanted to see if this seal would stop water seeping through when the strainer plug is pushed fully home. To remind you, these are removable metal strainers that have three settings. 1) completely removed 2) half-way home to let liquid through but not vegetable peelings or other large items that could clog the sink 3) fully closed when pushed fully home to stop the water draining away.I had the problem of water draining away even if the metal plug is pushed fully home, so if you leave a dish to soak before washing the water level will go down and so you either have to add more water or wash the dish before you've soaked off the remnants of the cooking.I tried the Seal Washer between the sink and the sink basket strainer and it certainly slowed the amount of water that was getting through but did not stop it. I then tried gluing the Seal Washer to the strainer with flexible waterproof glue and that also improved the seal but not 100%.So it works up to a point on my sink, but others may have different results.

2 pairs of seals for the larger style kitchen/bathroom sink plug holes, 1 rubber and 1 foam per set for above and below the basins hole, worked well on our Belfast sink.

They arrive in a sealed grey plastic bag with a typed paper label on the front stating the contents.All is as described in the listing and the they look to be of good quality manufacture and the materials look as though they will do the job and last well.There are different sizes available, so best to be sure of your sizes before ordering.

I was expecting something a little more resilient than these lightweight foam washers. Not sure I’d trust using these unfortunately.

Good quality materials and well manufactured. Not yet fitted but they look promising. Will update when i have fitted the correct washer for my sink.

Je suis vraiment satisfait de cet achat, ça m'a bien dépanné car "Le receveur que j'ai acheté chez Leroy..... avait bien une valve fournie avec, mais il manquait un joint, donc pour l’étanchéité ce n'est pas top!"Ces joints sont de très bonne qualité et sont compatibles apparemment avec beaucoup de types de valves, je recommande donc ce produit sans problème.

😎 Deux fois deux joints pour évier et pas lavabo 😉, leur épaisseur varie de 6 à 4mm. Ils sont parfaits pour assurer une bonne étanchéité à long terme. Prendre soin de bien mesurer votre tuyauterie avant la commande.
