I am 5'2" and it fits well. If you are on the chair for too long I do find the front of my calves gets a bit sore - time to get up. I have back issues and recently some hamstring tendonitis so it has been helpful to have an alternative seat at times. The rocking feature is fun for those of us that don't sit still very well. Even after tightening the screws a few times I feel that there is a bit of give so I would be nervous if someone weighed a bit more, the person's weight would likely make the front of their calves get sore a bit quicker too.

The chair is functional, however the finish on the wood is non-existent in several locations making the chair look worn like its 10 years old. Not what one would expect from a brand new product costing over $100. Plus the bolts supplied took multiple attempts to install without cross threading. Overall poor quality and I'm expecting this chair to have a very short life span.

This kneeling chair is very difficult to put together, which might be acceptable if it led to the chair being more stable - but even when fully stable, the chair is wobbly with an average size person on it. The chair is also a darker color wood (more like cherry/walnut) than the very light wood shown in the picture. In terms of color, it looks nothing like the picture. Once you get on it and of you don't move around too much, causing it to wobble, it is in fact a comfortable kneeling chair.

I love this chair. I bought it for my office because my traditional desk chair bothered my back too much. For someone who has never used a kneeling chair, this did take some getting used to. My back instantly felt better, but your shins will get sore after awhile at first. However, this chair is padded very well, and overall is comfortable.

This chair took a while to put together - they could do a bit more work to improve the instructions. After the chair was built, it looked very nice and when I sat on it, it was a bit wobbly, but still seemed very stable. The new style of sitting is nice and definitely felt the comfort.... at first. But after sitting for about an hour, my rear started to hurt and after trying to shift my weight, my lower legs hurt. it got to the point where I just was reluctant to sit on it.

I received the wrong finish but decided to assemble and test it out to ensure I liked it. After doing so, I decided it wasn’t worth the time and hassle of disassembling (assembly was relatively simple but not exactly easy), returning (the box arrived in an extra large shipping box), and reordering to get the preferred finish. Aside from the fulfillment issue, the chair itself seems comfortable and meets my hopes for look, size, and comfort thus far.

For the price, not a bad deal. But, it is a bit of a challenge to align the screws with the fasteners...they can strip if you are not careful. The instructions lack detail. With a bit more detail, and this could be a better product. So, careful when assembling. Maybe they could provide a few extra screws and fasteners and more detailed instructions.
