I bought this for my kitchen door to stop my dog tracking dirt into the house and it works well. Other reviews comment on the rug being creased on arrival; it was but the creases were gone in a couple of days. I'll probably buy another for the porch.

This item was supplied to me free of charge through Amazon’s Vine programme, however this in no way influences my review, which is intended to be both impartial and informative for potential purchasers.We already own a few dirt trapper rugs, however the ones we have are a shorter pile than this one, more like you find inside the front door of shops and offices. This one is more like a rug (albeit shorter pile than a fireside rug) and is therefore better suited to the home.The size is just right for going inside a front door, and the overall quality seems good - nicely finished edges and a clearly defined pattern in the pile. The colour is a little lighter than I would have liked and will probably show the dirt, but it was the closest match to our wall colours which was why we chose it.It's dirt trapping qualities are OK, perhaps not quite up to the quality of the industrial mats that we own, but it will do a good job of keeping down the dirt that we tread into the house. Hopefully it will also prove to be durable.

These rugs look and feel luxurious. Very absorbent too! They are non slip which is great for people with mobility problems like my dad. I will certainly purchase again as they are excellent

Although this product is more described as being a doormat I feel that is a waste of a good product that has better uses other than something for gathering dirt.As a doormat this will work well and will collect a lot of dirt but it will not be so easy to keep clean. Although it is machine washable I find that similar products degrade quickly when machine washed. The rubberised backing degrades with the use of detergents such as washing powders so these are not best suited for washing machines.Although no the best for cleaning in washing machines this rug can easily be cleaned using a domestic carpet washer or steam cleaner but it won't be easy to get a deep clean.So, setting aside the doormat issues one should look at it's other potential uses. As a bedside mat this would be a very good product as one can put ones feet onto a nice, soft and warm surface on the coldest of mornings. The rubberised backing means that this can be used on any surface from lino to carpet and through to floor boarding.Additionally, I find this mat will be very good as a large bath mat. The backing makes it relatively waterproof underneath. Being rubberised means the mat won't slip on a bathroom floor and it will have a good grip. The same as with a bedside mat, this product will be good for putting bare feet onto as it is soft, comfortable and warm.Overall this is good quality item that can be used on any surface, in any room so it would be a waste to use such a good mat for an entrance door. With the potential useage it is a good value item so I am recommending it.

This mat is such good quality that the Amazon page photos don't really do it justice. In addition, the dark brown is what I'd describe as a "rich" colour rather than the more usual slightly muddy brown. The mat was intended for the front door but unfortunately it's so thick that the door won't open over it so it's had to be relegated to the back door - where it's been performing brilliantly during all the rain we had in January. It gets wet and dirt off the shoes and is easy to vacuum clean afterwards.At the time of writing this review there's a 25% voucher available on the price of £44.99, which still isn't cheap for a doormat but here you really get what you pay for. Highly recommended.

I use this door mat for my backdoor, a way for people to wipe their shoes off after being outside, or a way to catch some excess dirt off my dog's paws as he comes back in. And for those purposes it works great.The rug itself has a nice design, so it fits right in with the floor, and isn't an eyesore. The rug washes off easily too, I haven't put it in a washing machine because I feel like that would not be very healthy for long term use, but I've used some soft soap and rinsed it off in a sink and that works great for cleaning it. It also vacuums super easily.The price is a little steep, but if you're fed up of having to clean up dirty foot/paw prints every time someone goes outside, then this is definitely a great investment, as it cuts down the prints by a SIGNIFICANT amount.

Il tappeto è risultato di ottima qualità, bello, elegante con un colore lucido.Lo spessore è abbastanza alto da renderlo morbido al passaggio con i piedi.L'antiscivolo posto sotto di esso risulta efficace ed evita lo slittamento.L'unico dubbio è la durata nel tempo che non posso ancora garantire in quanto ci vogliono diversi lavaggi prima che i difetti vengano a galla. Quindi mi riservo di aggiornare se dopo qualche lavaggio noto qualcosa.Per il momento è un buon acquisto che consiglio
