I really like the kettle. I've had it for just under a month. It seem to overboil at first now it just boils halfway and it switch off. It keeps on boiling halfway and switching off. Worried if I forget to turn it off it will keep on boiling all day long but only halfway and then switches it off. It goes on and off for, every five minutes something really wrong with thermostat ......just seen another review with the same problemThe kettle looks very nice, but it seems to be a poor quality base. Seems very poorly made the handle looks very cheap. I would quite happily pay double the price if it was made a better quality but I'm going to buy another word to see whether I was just unlucky.

I really hope it lasts, because it's really lovely. I managed to snag mine at a very low price. So I feel very lucky and grateful.Low noise and fast boil, nice handle.. satisfying pour! Thank you 😊 💓

Really nice looking kettle. It takes less energy than my previous kettles but takes slightly longer to boil, which is fine with me, very quiet. The only problem I have had is after boiling several times the water and inside of kettle smelt/tasted very chemically. My previous kettles have been fine after a few boils. In the end I googled and tried squeezing lemon juice into kettle with some water and boiled it, then rinsed. This seemed to work wonders, was thinking I would have to stand back but it’s finally ok now.

Looks amazing and you can fill in water without opening the lid. Has a wide spout just perfect.

QUCK BOIL

The media could not be loaded. We have found that the internal safety thermostat is stopping the kettle boil. It auto starts again 3 times before the water even boils. The plastic handle is very ugly too!Decent looking, expensive but ultimately does not do the job!

It is a beautiful kettle but the lid is hard to remove each time you need to fill the kettle with water, which is super annoying. It also scratches the paint off the rim. I have returned the product.

Tip: if you're worried about silicone touching your water, that part is totally removable. Just poke your finger into the spout and push on the mesh strainer. The strainer and silicone gasket will pop right out and fall into the body of the kettle. It's easier to rinse and clean that way too.

No plastic, removable filter, works great and looks great.Could have heaten the water faster, but it's insignificant for me.

As a Brit, having an electric kettle is a MUST. They are quite difficult to find in stores here in the USA because it seems that America is still living in the 1800s by selling kettles that still require boiling water on the stove! I mean WHY? A saucepan does the same thing! AND stove-top kettles take SO much longer to boil water and don't switch off automatically when they're done. It's madness!But I digress.I have bought several electric kettles online, and they have all been pretty good. However, I wanted a yellow kettle to match our kitchen decor (we're going for a mid-century modern look), and it had to have a filter in the spout. This one kept coming up, and I was unsure of a completely glass kettle (including the spout), but I have to say, this kettle is gorgeous (or "gawjuss" if you're a true Brit!). It boils water really quickly, looks amazing, and the circular spout creates a lovely pour. I know that sounds weird, but if you're ever poured something from a kettle, or jug, or anything with a spout, and it's gone everywhere due to poor design, you can appreciate a "good pour". I love this kettle so much. If it ever breaks or dies, I'm getting another (as long as it's in yellow).
