I like this seat belt strap for my Aussie. The hardware is heavy and seems durable enough. It clicks easily and securely into the seat belt buckle. The end with the clasp that attaches to the dog harness is easy to operate and secures nicely. The length is adjustable which allows my Aussie to have just enough slack so that he can move and change positions. Having this strap gives me some piece of mind knowing that he can ride in the car and is secure in the back seat during turning and braking. Also, it keeps him from trying to climb between the seats while I'm driving.

I have 3 medium size dogs. i have walking harnesses for all three. These IBuddy seat belts for dogs work great. I had a strap system which wrapped around the fastened seat belt before and it just didn't feel safe. These units snap into the seat belt latch and stay put. one of my fur babies always tries to come into the front seat through the center console area, now he can't, as these are long enough for them to comfortably lay in the back seat but short enough to restrict their trying to come up front. I did have one come undone from the seat belt latch but that was because I didn't make sure it was latched. Also the hook that latches to the harness needs to be locked or they may be able to slip it off the harness. but I think they will save both ours and the dogs lives if we were ever to get into an accident.

The media could not be loaded.  This seat belt fit my 1989 toyota 4runner seat buckle perfectly. I like the adjustability in length (about 22-30 inches). I also like that it has about 2 inches of stretch for shock absorbency. It is well made. The only thing that could be better is the secondary latch. The detent spring on the sliding lock is weak and sometimes doesn’t stay locked. The spring on the hook is good and strong. It takes about 12 lbs. to stretch the shock absorbing section.

I heard about these seatbealts for dogs so I decided to order this one. We had a 9 hour drive ahead of us and I couldn’t have been more pleased that I purchased this product! The quality of the material is legit strong and great. I have an 8 month American Bully and he had to sit in the front seat, I felt safe with him sitting there. Definitely looking on getting on for my other pup!

This seat belt is great!! It clicked in and fit well in my 2010 fusion. It’s the perfect length to keep my 48# dog in the back seat where she belongs. The latch is easy to work with and seems to be very strong. Very happy with this purchase.

Great product, well constructed and I love the added bungee for your pets safety. Only thing is the locking hook should be slightly larger to fit all D rings on big dog collars. Clip too small.

I have been looking for a seatbelt for my dog for a while and I came across iBuddy. So when I received it, I took my dog for a ride and tested it. Quality of the product is really good. Very sturdy and easy to use. Now I don't have to worry about my dog since she's secured properly whenever she rides with me

My dog likes to climb around in the backseat. Since I have an SUV, he likes to climb in the back trunk part and even the front seat. Well with this, he's well secured in his seat. He still has room to move around from the passenger side to the driver side and vice versa. What I like about this belt compared to competitors is the stretchy part in the center so if he does move a little too far, it's not a harsh snap back to the seat. It's a standard belt size so it should fit about 99% of modern vehicles. This has drastically improved car rides. My only regret with this is that I didn't know about this sooner.
