These display stands are very small. They nest inside each other for storage/transport, and they're lightweight. They aren't meant to put heavier items atop. They suit the listing as far as it stating that they're good for cakes and things like that. I've been using these to display some of my collectible figures, to clean up and make my displays look more interesting. I originally wanted them for my vending table, to elevate some merchandise displays, but I quickly found that they are too small for that.Still, I've found use for them at home.They're white, smooth plastic. They could easily take some vinyl to customize them with a store or brand name, or to put an Instagram QR code on for dessert/candy displays or for photos. They're a blank slate, so they'll suit just about any small business, small display. I'll likely use them for photos for my jewelry and keychains, since they have such a clean look to them, when I set up an online storefront one of these days.I think that the price is fair, as long as you understand that these are small and they are for lightweight items. I expected something a bit different based on other risers that I've purchased, but I did check the listing and found that it was accurate. So, I'm happy with what I got, based on listing accuracy and the quality of these. I also really like that, unlike a few riser sets that I have, these nest easily and take up very little space.

I use these for photos of my pottery. I like that they are a good white that almost disappears in photos. They nest well for storage and are sizes that work well for my items.
