I do feel better, I feel the difference in my much better energy, head clarity when talking vitamin b1, but afterwards the flash starts and makes me feel uncomfortable. Dr Berg suggests to take up to 4 a day, I can hardly take 1, because of the flash effect: my whole body itch and burning, it goes away after 10-15 minutes. I do recommend it, and will buy it again for myself, thanks Dr. Berg.

After some research, I was advised that swollen ankles could be the result of B1 deficiency. They were right in my case. B1 had an immediate positive affect. I recommend for that reason.
