All of my clips came intact. They were very easy to put onto the velvet hangers as well as take off. On the normal sized hangers, once put on, they don’t slide. But as I said, it’s very easy to just take off and move it to a different place. I don’t remember which brand they are- I purchased them manu years ago at a Homegoods or something. On my small kids sized hangers (Zober brand), the clips are able to slide a bit with some force. Otherwise, they stay in place. I wrapped a tape measure around the hangers so you can see the thickness. The kids size hanger is just a bit over 1/8th in. thick while the adult hanger is 3/16th in. thick.

Clips arrived in a timely manner, all in good shape and nicely packaged. They fit well on my hangers and although I’ve not used them for heavy items I’m pleased with the purchase. As other reviews have noted they don’t open exceedingly wide, but work fine for my pants and tennis skirts.

Cheap. When you squeeze to open them, they break. This is just a couple of them. I thru some away.

I like these as they come in handy for hanging kids clothes. I do wish the inside snap was a little deeper. It would make it easier to snap onto the hanger and be able to close. Otherwise great value and great product.

These clips work great on thin velvet hangers. They are easy to attach and stay in place. Now I can hang pants/skirts on the thin hangers without folding the clothes over the hanger. It's easier to see the clothes this way and saves space too.

They work fine but they don’t open very wide when you squeeze them. So if you have anything thick - like a thicker sweat pant or jean, it doesn’t open wide enough to hold it.

The clips are great!! I use them with the amazon basics hangers and they are perfect! They hold my skirts with a good grip. Even work great with the skirts that have thicker material

I was so glad to discover these. They fit snugly on the velvet hangers and grasp the clothing well. I was even able to put 2 skirts on some of the hangers. They stay put where you attach them and I love that I can get more use out of my velvet hangers and continue to save space and keep my closet consistent.

These work well, almost too well. The only minor issues I've had are some of them can be difficult to attach to the hanger and the other minor issue is the clips don't open far enough to hang some thicker materials like a pair of jeans.

They only open a few milimeters so only works for the thinnest if clothing. Terrible.

They first clip to the hanger then an be clipped to the clothes. Very sturdy.
