This works extremely well and fits perfectly in the glovebox of an RX350. Keeps things separated and organized.

Not too hard to assemble, but does not fit in the glove box of my 2019 RX450h. It’s too wide and the box cannot close.

Helps control glovebox mess. Can't fit Car manuals in it anymore, but they did not fit anyway before. I keep the manuals in the trunk area with the air pump now.

I'm using this to store my daughter's headphones because they kept ending up on the floor. I haven't used the tissue holder, but it seems fine. The bag is what I really wanted. It works well for her headphones. You could probably do with out the divider if you want just one big section, but the divider works. I haven't used the side pockets, and I don't think they would hold much, but they are nice to have as a bonus. It is kind of bulky and so I had to move it to be behind the backseat. My daughter has to reach over the seat to get her headphones, but it should be fine. You can't have it hanging off the back seat and scooch by easily. There is also a strap with a button, and I have no idea what the point of it is. It doesn't store nicely, but that didn't bother me much, especially since it is behind the seat.

I bought this glove compartment to organize it, but I can't place the manual owner inside. Therefore, it is worthless to me, and I return it to Amazon. Unfortunately! It fits perfectly, ease of assembly, ease of installation, size fits, but it doesn't serve my purpose.

I bought this try it out and am keeping it. It provides separate compartments to the glove box to keep things organized. It was simple to assemble and easy fit right into the glove box with no space so it was a perfect fit. Very pleased with the product.
