Since I've just received this journal, I've not yet written in it very much. I know that the paper takes ink well, The apparent sturdiness is obvious. I say" apparent" because the journal has to last a long tome. As time passes I will know more about that. At the moment , it seems ideal. In size. a fine example of a "Vade mecum".A Thick Value

I LOVE THIS! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ It arrived today & I immediately had to purchase another! It’s a perfect small size, approx 5x7 in, but not too small, it’s thick wth a lot of blank pages & hardcover. Did I mention that it’s ridiculously cute too?! It is...it looks like your own, personal mini-bible. The gilded edges, 2 ribbon bookmarks, & hardcover make it look more expensive than it actually is! I LOVE IT....I’ll prob end up getting several more. So definitely worth the $. My only wish...is if it came in more colors...that’s it. It’s perfect. U won’t be disappointed! Thanks so much!

I use this as my everyday journal. I love the gold edging and ribbon place holders. I also love the thickness of the journal without being too big like normal journals. I find it unique and a good quality product, especially for the price. It’s been one of my favorite journals, even though it is basic. It’s basic in a great way!

This is a nice sized journal and I like the paper. The binding is a bit weak on the spine, as others have mentioned. I find the quote on the cover strange and would prefer it not be there since it doesnt make sense, but all in all, a decent journal. I dont think Id give it as a gift to anyone, but it serves my needs just fine.

I ordered one before that was larger and lined. This is too small and unlined. Bummed. It's nice looking for what ir is.

If you’re look a thick journal and don’t care about the pages being lined, this is a great option. The pages are thick enough to use most gel pens. I do recommend using the last page as a test page for some pens though. I take this book with me almost everywhere and use it as my journal. The one negative thing about this journal is the binding is separating from the cover, but at the price I paid for it, it’s not a big deal to me. I could most likely glue it if it gets bad. I keep mine in a little book cover to help protect it.

I found my book to be exactly as described. I took my time to gently bend the book so it wouldn't crack and it opens fine. The poem on the front is funny, just a couple of missed words but really who cares? It's a nice book for the money and I'll just cover the poem with a sticker most likely. Overall, I'm very happy.

Me ha encantado mi libreta y la utilizo con mi pluma fuente y tinta china, es fascinante el ruido de la pluma sobre su papel. Curiosamente me ha resultado un ejercicio inspirador y cada vez me animo a escribir más. En ella estoy anotando mis reflexiones sobre la temática de mi tesis doctoral.

Pensé que el papel iba a tener mejor calidad, por eso 4 estrellas. Se me complica un poco escribir en él por el tamaño pequeño y por la altura del libro (por tener muchas páginas).

La calidad está muy padre y el gramaje de las hojas es más gruesa de lo que esperaba, está muy linda 🦀
