Only issue I would have with these is that the lids are sometimes hard to snap on. They wash and cook well, and the steam hole is a nice thing when you microwave.

love this bowl...it's dishwasher safe, and it helps me with portions of food I'm supposed to eat.

Helped in losing weight!
A little pricey but totally worth it. Helps me eat more normal and have lost a few lbs by Controling portions with this plate. (Along with exercise too.) 10/10 would buy again if needed.

I didn't sent it back, but it was really too small - I will use it to heat things up in my microwave
