Vintage E26 Lamp Socket, Industrial Edison Retro Pendant Lamp Holder, 600℃ Heat Resistant Ceramics Light Socket for DIY Lighting, 3 Packs (Black Color)

I used this to create a hanging grow lamp for a corner of my room. I had to get the wire, chain and a screw collar loop separately. (and the bulb of course) You can find the screw collar loop by searching for lamp screw loop ip nipple here on Amazon.The E27 socket inside unscrews and there is standard threading for the screw collar loop. The threaded cylinder is called a "1/4 IP nipple."It is a nice part for cheap. My only objection is that the nipple is silver, and it should be a bronze color to match. I was able to replace it as the kit with the chain and collar I got. Also the threading probably won't be exposed if you have the rest properly fitted.One other note on this is if you haven't built a lamp from parts before, to make sure the wire passes through all the parts correctly before you actually wire it into the E27. I got caught up on this a few times.

This review is for 4 products I bought separately to bring my idea to life. I bought these sockets, the 3 socket wire, the lamp fixture & the lamps separately. These sockets are nicely finished. I think the value for money is great and once you know how to work with them the install is not hard at all. I took 2 or 3 attempts to get the install sequence right. It was frustrating at the time but looking back for the final product I got, I think it was well worth the time. I'd recommend these sockets for your project.

Love the product, the wife asked for some vintage lighting over one of our mantels to enhance the appearance of one of the vintage mantel clocks in my collection. The sockets and the 20 watt Edison bulbs I used look terrific!
