Seems solid. It was easy to fit and adds another level of security.

Does exactly what it’s meant to do. Fits nicely into the hitch and helps stop anyone hitching up the trailer or caravan when it’s parked. Easy to install and remove, and it feels solid enough for the job. Good value for a bit of extra security.

This is my first negative review on Amazon but I feel this product warrants it - Good enough concept but very poorly executed. The little locking barrel that slides out to give access to the Allen key is fragile, quite temperamental and has a tendency to fall apart - the internal part of the locking barrel (the bit around the keyhole) slides out allowing the locking pins to fall out. On that note, the locking barrel is only held in place via a small brass pin that slides out a few mm into a groove inside the ball. Although untested, I feel this device is not remotely secure; it may well be very cheap but it's most certainly not worth the money nor the effort of installing it. Great service from Amazon as always though!!

Easy to use, and makes my caravan thief proof.

This does what it should but is fiddly and no matter how you turn the key it just pulls out, it should lock in to facilitate removing the barrel for adjustments
