These 4C Energy Rush sticks are super convenient and great when I need a quick pick-me-up. I like having the variety pack, because I don’t get tired of one flavor, and most of them taste really good mixed with cold water. The added electrolytes are a nice bonus, especially for long days, workouts, or when I’m feeling a bit run down. They’re easy to toss in a bag, and one stick gives a noticeable energy boost without making me feel too jittery. For the price and the amount you get (40 sticks), it’s a solid value. I’ll definitely be reordering.

First off, the flavors. None of them taste like a science experiment or a melted vitamin aisle, which already puts this ahead of half the energy drinks I have regretted purchasing in my life. They are light, clean, and actually refreshing instead of aggressively sweet. Energy-wise, it is more “I am alert and functional” and less “my hands are vibrating and I can see through time.” No crash, no weird aftertaste, and no sudden need to apologize to coworkers for being too intense. The electrolyte angle is legit too. I drink one of these and suddenly feel like I made a responsible life choice. Like I might stretch later or drink water on purpose. Perfect for mornings, long afternoons, road trips, or pretending you are hydrating while absolutely not exercising. Will absolutely buy again. If you are tired, dehydrated, or just emotionally exhausted by life, this stuff delivers.

I used to use the Gatorade Fast Twitch for my daily pickup me up but it got too pricey. I stumbled upon the 4C from the Amazon recommended products and thought I'd give it a shot. Now I really wish I would have known about this sooner. I was sceptical at 1st because of the price but WOW what a great product!!! This tastes great and gives me a good kick in the pants!! I also like the lightly carbonated taste it adds to it. The taste isn't too overwhelming. What I like to do is use one lemonade and one strawberry in the full size Gatorade bottle for a nice little combo. But I highly recommend this since it is easy to use, has no sugar, and gives me a good energy boost that lasts a while without a crash.

I have ADHD and take 25mg of Adderal a day. These little packets give me far more energy and focus! Don’t drink it late in the day. I don’t drink soda or any carbonated drinks, so the slight carbonation is enjoyable. Try these. Super affordable and effective.

I was on the hunt for a good tasting caffeine water enhancer, and these fill the role perfectly. The 3 flavors are exactly as described. Lemonade tastes like store bought lemonade, Strawberry and Grape remind me of soda without the syrupy taste. None of the flavors have that artificial sweetener aftertaste either. The caffeine amount is the perfect balance for what I need, versus constantly draining energy drinks, and even when diluted with more water than the 16.9 oz it recommends (in my case 32 oz) the taste is still great, and the caffeine levels maintain what I need without a massive crash after.

These work really well when you need a quick burst of energy to get through the day. And the flavors as are all really nice. Would recommend.
