The product arrived to me damaged, and there is no head cover and spray, and I cannot use it, and there is no return policy

This spray doesn't work. They have mentioned that it could be used on several surfaces it didn't dry or stick on.

I just love the product. It should not be used on plain glazed surfaces. In that case prime the surface and spray it over it works just fine. I used it on terracotta and it worked wonders. So the truck is simple. 1.Sand the surface of the material you are using. 2. Place a newspaper on the ground. 3. It's better if you do the spraying outside coz it's got some strong odours. 4. Cover you nose and use protection for your eyes. 5. Preferably use gloves. 6. Spray it on the surface keeping the can distance at 12 to 15cm. 7. Shake the bottle before spraying for at least 2 mins. 8. Keep shaking the bottle between every use. 9. Before you put the second coat let it dry completely. 10. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Seriously brilliant I am going to buy all other finishes too.

What I have received and what is described matches 100%. Quality of the product is exceeding my expectations. Quantity is also good enough. We painted a mid sized tera cotta pot twice and still some is left hopefully that can cover one more pot. The texture is excellent as it is described. Definitely will try other colours as well.
