a digestive bitters supplement, bitter is the flavor associated with the liver and gallbladder in Chinese Medicine, and springtime is liver time, so a good time to do a cleanse. Expect strong bitter flavor, as this is not encapsulated, however this should help with digestion and liver/gallbladder health, even more so if you follow their label advice to clean up your diet and get some exercise.

excellent product, work slowly but surely. Has impressive and rare wild plants in it not found in other products. Would recommend it.

I've only just started using this so I can't really write a review, but as its a Markus Product I'm happily anticipating it will support my overall health.
