The Happy Birthday side of the card turns out to be the back. I did not notice in the graphics before ordering.Bit disappointed as I assumed that side would be the front of the card.Othewise seems good quality

I have a relative who turns 30 later this year and this is an ideal card which they will totally appreciate.The card comes in a well protected do not bend cardboard envelope, which protects both the card and paper envelope inside.The birthday card itself is great, it is double sided, so has all info about 1994 on the front, from who the prime minister was, what music was in the charts, how much a house and pint of milk cost etc.On the back is the Happy 30th message with a full break down of age, which I think is cool.The card feel well made, strong and durable, I also appreciate the gold embossed envelope that is included.For me this card will make the person it is intended for feel special and appreciated and I think it is so much better than a bog standard card with just 30 on it.I think it is more than worthy of it's £4.99 price tag and certainly recommend this card for anyone who is interested in purchasing.

Overall quality and the content on the card is excellent. I don't know why the price varies a lot depending on which year its for though, why would the year make any difference to production costs?It is 'backwards' through! its not the end of the world but it does feel 'wrong' - cards usually have the open side to the right like a book but that would mean the back of this card is on show so you have to place it open side to the left. Perhaps a difference of cultural traditions internationally?Anyway, it is a bit more special and personal than the run of the mill birthday cards, but its not cheap for sure!! it is a good size and decently sturdy card so the choice is yours. I would consider buying one for a significant birthday, probably, yes.
