First time I have been pain free in months. I need to have my cmc joint replaced and have been struggling. This brace has given me some relief which nothing else has done. I plan to use this brace until I have surgery.

It’s a great product, comfortable and easy to use and does what it was created for, however my injury is a ligament and I had to order a wrist/hand brace immobilizer for full wrist/hand coverage, which I did. An R.N. recommended this to me and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs it for the uses mentioned in the product description.Thank you!

This is my favorite brace so far. It's expensive but lasts longer than the cheaper fabric ones. It protects the CMC joint while not limiting my movement as much as other braces do. It is also easy to wash and it dries quickly. It is my "active" brace. A few things to consider: 1) See a medical professional first - there may be a few treatment options to learn about. 2) Measure as directed but you may still need to exchange sizes, as I did. Every hand is different. 3) Give yourself time to get used to it, because it will feel odd at first 4) Don't wear it constantly or your hand will get weak and you may get irritated skin 5) Have other braces that you can swap out when one becomes irritating. I like to wear a cheap softer one at night and use this one when I'm busy.

It was great for quite a while. But wearing daily (trying to avoid surgery) it needs to be washed often. I hand wash and unfortunately the straps have not held up. They are curling and unable to fix. It is mostly comfortable but rubs a sore occasionally on my outer wrist. At the price it is I felt worth it but wish it lasted longer.
