Defective Product
Product is defective. The device heats up while charging ( our hands will get burned that is the level of heatup), second pair of headphones won't get pair and work, battery drain fast after use of 10 minutes....worst product recommend NOT TO BUY...

Send Used Product
I just received it today which is already used but I had ordered a brand new one, apart from this the sound is coming less on one side and more on the other. I paid for a new thing but the thing I was given is old which is completely wrong

Very nice product
So if you are planning to buy this one just go theough this review once and all your decision making points will be resolved. Let's start from pros: - 2 tws in 1 case - all 2 pairs can connect to some of your Samsung mobiles which supports dual audio connection feature otherwise with two different mobile connectivity is always there. - bass of the tws is amazing - noise cancellation is 8/10 - it’s has EQ modes and both the buds has separate EQ modes. - one tws is in ear and the other one is half in ear so you get both the types in one case. - playtime is attractive and works for any lifestyle - Eartips are comfortable - good service and supports and they guide you for anything. I called them thrice but they were amazingly good

Excellent Battery Performance
Battery backup is seriously impressive. I charge it once and it lasts for days with normal use. Sound quality is clear and enjoyable.
