Amazing product! Been taking 11 days now. Noticed things good the first day I took it. As days have went on, more and more of great stuff with myself. My eyes are improving, skin, thinking, and my energy. This is only 11 days in to taking it. Did get a little side effects, but not bad. It's to be expected with anything. Didn't last long. You get what it tells you, for me anyways. Of course different people and different DNA handle it differently with anything. Can't wait to see what it does as time goes on. Myself recommends this. My health recommends this. It's works well with other supplements. But check with your doctor for levels of supplements in your body. I take supplements that the supports make and are involved in this company. Which work great with thus product. They all obviously do different things for the body. It's a liquid so is easy to take for people and can be mixed into drinks or smoothies. Taste is great. Makes my body feel great. Just follow the instructions. If worried about overwhelming side effects, cut the does in half. Then start taking full does in a week or two. That's what I did. Have a great day and getting more healthy. Adding up date on this. This works great and tastes great. Although Rho's quality is great, it can get pricey if you use multiple products.

PLEASE READ. I am a 54-year-old female. I work out faithfully at the gym weekly with weigh-lifting and cardio step classes, eat pretty healthy (no fast food or excessive sugar), and within my weight range, and have no current medical health conditions. Having stated this, please know that this product is A GAME CHANGER..... I have only been taking this Rho NAD+ for TWO DAYS. On day one I ingested one NAD+ serving with a glass of water and went to the gym about four hours later to my regular weightlifting class. About 20-mins into the heavy weightlifting, I noticed I had more energy than usual, so increased the weights for chest presses and guess what - I lifted those babies like it was NOTHING. I got through three rounds of chest presses with so much energy left! When our group put the weights down and immediately dropped to the floor for push-ups, I smoked ALL the push-ups on my toes (not knees). I literally stood up, ready to conquer shoulder reps. TALK ABOUT ENERGY! I left the gym that day wondering where all the energy came from and remembered "It's the new NAD+ product I drank several hours earlier?" I totally forgot I had ingested it earlier. Moreover, when I attended the step-bench class on day two, I was all over that bench with a high cardio heart rate like it was NOTHING for an entire 1-hour session. It's also interesting to note that I was not sore at all after either workout. I expected to be sore after lifting heavier weights on day one, but NO, there was absolutely no soreness later on. TBH, I regret that I have never heard of this product until recently. I heard Gary Brecka promoting this product online, so decided to take a stab at trying it out and can tell you with certainty that his statements were indeed accurate. This Rho NAD+ product is a game-changer. I am very, very excited to see where my health and wellness navigates into the future with the aid of this product. This Idaho girl is HOOKED!

Tastes good, especially if you keep it in the fridge like the directions say, and shake it up before each use. I noticed a small positive difference in how I felt. Ended up moving to a different brand that was easier to take with all my other supplements and had a higher concentration of NAD+. Rho is definitely a well researched and quality brand, unfortunately their products are just a little too expensive for me, when I can find similar products with pretty close to the same quality and for a decent amount less.

I feel like I notice a small energy boost. However I like the product but will not be buying more. The price is too high for the small bottle but I will be getting injectable NAD from now on. Not sure if the feeling is placebo but it tastes like cloudy coconuts and is pretty refreshing. One day when I am rich I will start getting rho.

I’ve been taking for 6 months, it’s ok. Not”! Last bottle, when I would shake it up a little to mix , I would hear something inside, I thought a small ball or something to help shake it up. Last night, I finished bottle. I tipped bottle upside down, four small very sharp pieces of hard plastic fell out, not from cap, or bottle. And very sharp pieces. If I had swallowed any, would have done damage. I should have kept bottle, to go Compny see if other batch had same experience. Beware of any sound when shaking bottle. Very dangerous. And upsetting.

I tried this product for a month. I took the recommended dosage every morning until the bottle was empty. The flavor was kinda like watered down gatorade and was not unpleasant at all. To ensure that I was able to tell the difference after taking it, I didn't change anything else in my normal diet, sleep or exercise routine. After one month, I didn't notice a thing. To be sure, I even tracked my energy levels and sleep after I ran out of it, and there was no decline that I noticed. I have read from other sources that perhaps the recommended dosage with this product is too low. Others have said that people who are already pretty healthy (I exercise regularly, eat really well, and sleep with no problems) might not really notice a difference. I am not sure what the case is, but I know that for $50 a month with no marked beneficial differences, I am not going to bother. No complaints other than it didn't do anything at all for me.
