Impressive tasting syrup for teas, cocktails, or coffee. The vanilla is very forward and pleasant, specs of vanilla bean are visible in the syrup. The strength is just right and a typical syrup pump lid will screw on so I can throw two pumps in a latte for a really nice sweet but not two sweet flavor.On the other hand it's priced quite high for a syrup at the roughly $25 per bottle I paid which only lasted at most 14 days in my house where teas, coffees, and cocktails are regularly made.Still, if a high quality syrup that will only enhance your specialty espresso drinks or handcrafted cocktails is important I'd say this is a great option.

Can we not just remove the caramel color so that’s its pure vanilla bean color? That’s such a useless toxic ingredient and this syrup is pricey and we had to buy a pretty expensive pump specifically for these bottles as well. I hope you’ll consider this feedback because it’s a great syrup otherwise. I would also prefer a small amount of alcohol to preserve rather than the 2 preservative ingredients but my first suggestion is more important because caramel color serves no purpose.
