Tried these there not the best ! Might work great for some people but I suffer with thinning hair and they didn’t help me .

I have been using these tablets (I take 2 daily) alongside the Neofollics Hair Growth Stimulating Shampoo (applied 4-5 times a week) since the beginning of October, 2021. I also use Regaine Extra Strength for Men (twice a day).So far I am very happy with how my hair has been holding. My shedding feels like it is minimal and even running my hand through my hair no longer plucks unlucky strands from their follicles to never been seen again. I cannot say for certain if I have had any regrowth, but I absolutely feel like my hair is stronger and it has boosted my confidence by a lot.I do recommend supplementing the use of these tablets with other hair products, such as a lotion or the shampoo. My regimen that I posted at the beginning feels like it's definitely helping for me so far, but everyone is different.I am looking forward to seeing how things look later this year when I will be at my 1 year mark.
