I bought this for my son's kitchen as the existing tap was functional but out of keeping with the appearance of the rest of the kitchen. On delivery, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this tap, especially as it cost £25.99. It is made of heavy gauge brass with a quality matt black finish. The major issue with fitting was removal of the old tap rather than any issue with the new one. It took about 20 mins to fit once the old one was out, and the fitting was straightforward. The instructions needed some interpretation as they appear to be for the whole range of taps made by this company. One word of caution. Those of you familiar with Chinese engineering will know that precision is not at the top of their priorities. Once I had fitted the flexible supply hoses to the base of the tap, I found that the threaded collar used to secure the tap to the sink fouled the hot hose termination and would not engage into the threads in the base of the tap. Looking at this, I decided that the termination collar on the hot hose would probably tolerate some force from a flat bladed screwdriver to bend (flatten) it a bit so that the brass collar could engage properly. I should point out that the pipe termination was not distorted or damaged in any way, the clearance left for the collar was insufficient, just on one side. Only slight pressure was needed and the threaded collar then located correctly. That being the case I could not give this a 5 star rating for ease of installation, as this issue may put an inexperienced fitter off. Overall I am very pleased with this product.

We ordered this tap because I had just installed a brand new tap to our new sink, however the tap throttled the water pressure so the boiler wouldn’t kick in for hot water. I had this one on stand by while I tried to get the other tap to increase in pressure, I quickly realised my original tap was faulty. This tap is far superior in quality and was very easy to install, it connects to 15mm compression joints (unlike the other tap which required a couple of reducers) which makes it very easy to connect up! Great value and recommended.

This was a tap to replace an existng leaking monobloc tap. Arrived promptly and well packaged. Seems a sturdy tap with a matt black finish. Beware - the pillar to which the tap is screwed is not long enough to go through a 28mm worktop and base unit top. The tap is tightened with a nut from underneath but the nut is non standard and a basin wrench is too small. The flexible tap hoses are sufficiently long but have a 1/2 ins female compression nut and not push fit. However, good value for money.

This tap looks really lovely and has great smooth operating. Really good value because it seems like quality workmanship with designer look but no designer price tag. Would recommend.

Tap was 1/3 of the price of high street DIY stores and the quality was not affected. Recommend to anyone replacing their kitchen taps. I live in an area with a high rate of lime in the water and everything is destroyed within a couple of years . Washing machines kettles dishwasher and Taps. So to replace often at this price is not hard on the pocket

Well this tap appears to be great value for money. Robust and looks good. Simple to install without the need for a plumber. Very pleased.

It was easy to fit, the hot water comes out of the left side, the cold out of the right side. It aerates the water when using. That's all there is to say about it 🤷🏼‍♀️
