I didn't expect them to be so HUGE! I'll have dopping wax forever.

I was not really pleased with this DOP wax. It seemed old and dried out and did not melt easily or fully in my DOP pot. I ended up throwing it away and buying a similar product from Rio Grande.

The sticks I got were completely dried out and useless. I put it in my dop pot and after 30 minutes it never did really melt. It got hot enough to burn fingers and skin but instead of flowing, it became crumbly. Utterly useless for lapidary work!

Wax doesn't get very "fluid/soft",Gotta fight it.Maybe get a better wax htg machine

This dop wax holds on tight while cabbing. Comes off easily after a few minutes in the freezer.

Melts slowly in dob pot. Thicker, somewhat lumpy consistency when stirred.Many stones don't adhere at all. I'll try adding some hot melt glue to get me through this batch, then buy from another source.

Bought this brand cause the brand I used to buy was no longer available. I have the melting pot shown in the photo above and put this wax in with the remainder of wax I already had and now it’s ALL useless. This wax melts enough to be able to move it but does not melt enough to become malleable and actually get any wax on the stick. It also doesn’t stick to the stick now I'm gonna have to scrape it out throw it away and try another brand
