I bought these to stick my dash cam to my windscreen, the pad sticks well to windscreen but doesn't hold the weight of a small dash cam, holds for approx 24 hours, disappointing for a 3M brand

Used for attaching a very small dashcam (Garmin Mini2) to a car windscreen.First hot day, the sticker failed and the dashcam fell off, setting off the car alarm.Refitted with new sticker, same problem again.Adhesive sticks really well to the windscreen, and to the dashcam mount - problem is the adhesive separates from the foam pad sandwiched between the adhesive layers when it's hot.

Keep falling off when the Sun comes out, expected more from 3M

This review is for BEK-FIX® 3M Double Sided Sticky Pads 40mm x 3mm round.I have found these pads to be quite disappointing.I have only fixed items of a light weight and so far they have held, however I found it easy to remove the pad for repositioning which I did not expect to be able to do. Therefore, in my mind they are not very sticky.I would not trust them to hold anything that could be damaged if dropped.I expected more of the 3M branded double sided tape, as usually 3M is reliable.These in my opinion are not worth 40p per pad at time of ordering.

Useless items cannot even stick on any surface waste of money
