I’m really pleased with the Gibson Home Hazeltine 16‑Piece Black Stoneware Dinnerware Set. The stoneware feels sturdy and well-made, with a nice weight that doesn’t feel fragile. This stone ware is awesome. I'm not huge on writing reviews but this product deserves it!! I feel it's absolutely gorgeous! There colors are subtle but stunning and unique. The swirl pattern is honestly one of my favorite aspects along with the smooth glossy finish. The size and shape of the plates and bowls make it functional for all of my needs. Personally I LOVE the pasta bowls!! I'm one of those people that eat almost anything in a bowl and these are the absolute perfect blend of bowl and plate!😁 The weight is perfect, which is very important to me as I have terrible arthritis. Not too heavy but sturdy enough to feel expensive but yet are very reasonably priced. I waited to write this after heating up something in one of the smaller bowls in the microwave to see how it fared compared to what I was using. I love the way my dinner heated while not burning my hands while removing it from the microwave. I do suggest everyone uses caution for safety though, 😊 Also, I am the dishwasher, so I can only comment that with the smooth glossy finish clean up was a breeze! It has been many years since I've purchased new dinnerware and I can honestly say, I am absolutely thrilled that I came upon these!

I’m extremely happy with this set! The color is gorgeous and they are very nice, sturdy quality. I love the salad bowls. I always make messes with salads but there is plenty room to mix the ingredients without making a mess. I’ve had so many dish sets and they chip so easily over time. These haven’t chopped at all and I use a dish washer. I love the texture as well. I’ll continue to use this brand and always stoneware going forward! Very very satisfied! Have not used them in the microwave and if I have I don’t recall but no issues.

I purchased four complete sets for a total of sixteen place settings. I adore the vibrant color green with the tan/brown edging the rim. Solid plates, slight imperfection in the shape and style, adds character. Microwave safe. I love this set because it does not have the wasted cups and saucers. The pasta bowl is low and wide, perfect for pie ala mode or homemade soft serve ice cream. Everyday use or special place setting for Christmas and Easter.

Earplugs are fine, case broke almost immediately though

We ordered 2-sets and items were securely packaged individual and separate and delivered carefully. Unfortunately, one bowl had a chip which was easily and quickly replaced.

Very nice earthy colors, sturdy ceramic plates and bowls

These are beautiful dishes. The color is stunning but they leave a ring of discoloration in my table and my counters! I hate it. I don’t know why. I can only use them if I have a mat or multiple paper towels under them! Makes me so mad that I donated my old plates too soon!
