As others have said if you fit this properly it works great. I've been using for 6 months now and it has kept my MacBook looking pristine. It doesn't add much bulk and I have the clear version, which looks as you would expect, like it has a clear hard plastic fitted. It's easy to fit and removed to clean from time to time.Protection wise the case won't protect against anything serious which may explain some of the negative reviews. There is no padding and the plastic is brittle. It may help with a drop but don't expect miracles, but it will stop scratches and light sharp impacts that otherwise would have transferred to the MacBook.For day to day transport though this works great for me, sure after 6 months it's picked up some scratches but just what you would expect from a hard plastic clear case. I'd rather that on the case than the MacBook.

Having recently bought myself a (2nd hand) MacBook Pro, I decided to "protect" it with a hard case. Initially I bought a BLACK one from Amazon which showed so many fingerprints, that I sent it back (and, as always, Amazon gave me my refund - thank you!!). I have just received this one and it's super glossy and does NOT (repeat - NOT) show any fingerprints (even when I tried to make them on the case, just for a test).It's NOT a case that will protect the laptop from serious drops (as would a phone case), but apart from making the laptop look totally new again, it will certainly protect it from minor scratches and keep it looking new too.Also, I did not have any issue fitting the case and it was very easy to do.I totally recommend this case and thank Amazon (Prime) for a very fast as efficient delivery too!

This is my second cover. Bought my first one 5years ago and it has stood the test of time with minor knocks on doors and corners. Eventually, the lid had a crack and I was due a new one.This arrived quickly, and the colour is perfect.

It came well packaged. It had protection on the actual case so there were no scratches on it. I wiped my laptop with a microfibre cloth before I added the case on. The case is a good fit. It kind of ‘pops’ into place. I was scared that it would scratch my macbook, but i’ve used it for over a year now and it hasn’t scratched it at all. The case itself has scratches now, so it’s definitely protected my macbook from it. It doesn’t fall off. Some people say that you can’t move the screen because the cases don’t let you, but i haven’t felt that problem. The laptop has got dust in it now but if you remove the cases you can easily wipe it clean. I’ve also added a sleeve so my laptop is very protected. It’s also nice and clear and stays that way. Some people also have problems with the filter things on the bottom and overheating, but i also don’t think the case adds anything negative about it. I’ve used it for over a year now, and it’s still really good. It gives an extra piece of mind that my laptop is protected against scratches. due to the case, my laptop has no scratches on it. Overall it’s good value for money, and worth it for that bit of extra protection for your laptop. I highly recommend it.

I used it on my laptop for less than 2 weeks and it cracked and a couple weeks later there were other cracks. Terrible product really dissapointed.

The product is nice and clear and does what it says. It is a little bit difficult to install and sometimes pops off the edges of the laptop which is weird. It is very stiff, I wish the material was a bit more flexible so the case would fit better but maybe that is just a personal preference. For the price it is good and protective.

Having had an official Apple cover which did not impress as it cracked on the edges, I thought I'd try something less expensive in case the same thing happened but this cover is brilliant.It also looks much better than the Apple one.

Una buena protección para el Mac, que queda muy bien, sin aumentar demasiado el tamaño del laptop. Has de ser un poquito manitas para encajar las pestañas y que quede perfecto pero tampoco es muy difícil colocarlo.
