The remote control is not able to be used at all, is damaged, made so cheaply that it broke right away.

I’m using this for the first time, and so far, I can really feel it working. I’ve tried all 6 modes, but haven’t gone past level 4, and I can feel it working and see my calf moving. That being said, I can only see my left calf moving. I’m wondering if that’s because my right calf has more of a blockage or because only one side of the mat is working better than the other side?I’d also like more information on what each mode specifically helps with. I do see in the pamphlet that it says what each mode is… mode 1 short rhythmic crunch/ long contractions, and so on but what does each mode specifically help with? Is one mode for pain, one for circulation etc?It also says it automatically shuts off after 20 minutes of use but I’ve been using it for 27 minutes and it is still on.

Dont really work

I like the idea and it does KIND OF feel good. BUT, you have to sit with your feet 2-3 inches apart holding them flat for the duration of the “session”. If you lift your foot it shuts off. Your feet have to be flat on the mat before it will turn on, so you’re reaching all the way to the floor above your feet to turn on and adjust the settings. If you’re bigger this is easier said then done, and holding your feet so close together and flat…. Not very comfortable if you have wider hips, of long legs. Honestly the effect is really only felt on calf’s and ankles, maybe a little on the feet. I had higher hopes. Honestly I’m finding that nobody makes an effective foot massager for larger people. Thinking I’m just going to go bad to using my TENS unit for my feet..
