Fresh dates and almonds with great chocolate dipped snack..One box I was shorted a piece...

Dates are cheap. Orange peels are cheap. Even dark chocolate is reasonable. Factor in labor and unless these are hand made somewhere (highly doubtful), someone somewhere is making a killing off these overpriced turds. The chocolate had degraded back to cocoa powder, the dates were hard and barely edible and the orange peel taste was barely there. I have a valid comparison. My daughter brought me the same style of dates from Dubai and those were absolutely delicious. I came to Amazon hoping to find something as tasty. Boy was aI disappointed. Definitely not worth the $1 per date I paid.

The chocolate covering the dates was dry and crumbly. I questioned whether or not the product had been stored properly. I tried microwaving one piece for about 15 seconds, then letting in cool. The chocolate was perfect in appearance and the chocolate covered date tasted fine. I’m glad I tried microwaving the product before discarding it, since it isn’t returnable.

I loved the product, nicely packaged. Taste was very good.

I understand that chocolate may turn white due to the cocoa, but first of all, did not even have a flavor of chocolate, and the dates themselves were hard and inedible. For me, it's a waste of $20.The company encourages customers to contact them, I did, no response whatsoever.

I ordered the Chocolate Covered Dates with Almonds as a gift and was very pleasantly surprised when they arrived. First, they were from Turkey! My friend and I returned from Turkey a couple of weeks ago after having an amazing trip! We had dates while there but not stuffed with almonds and covered in dark chocolate! These are absolutely delicious!I will definitely order these again. They are a high quality product.

Even dried dates should not be too dry . Perhaps if you cover them in chocolate you have to recommend not leaving too long …

I had been looking for a nice looking box of dates that I can gift during to people the month of Ramadan (the boxes from the store are just cheap plastic containers).I’m glad I found this product. Def looks nicer if you are gifting. I have tried them myself yet but will ask my friends if they like them.
