Healed my ovarian cyst
I don't ever write reviews. I had to this time. The last 2 years before I took the iodine I was having major menstrual problems. Extremely heavy periods. One lasted over 14 days, then I would go 60 plus days with no cycle etc. I had always been very regular before this. I went to the doctor they found 4 large cysts. They said I probably needed surgery. Thank goodness I tried sea kelp first. I started taking it Feb 21st and now the first of April. My cycle is back to my high school days. Perfectly 28 days, the flow is normal. Not heavy or light. I have never been so happy to see a normal period. I was able to heal my problem naturally. What a relief. Also, as a side note, I recently started the ketogenic diet on January 1st. I believe it is a combination of those two things. I read that ovarian cysts are also caused by insulin resistance. I believe I had an Iodine deficiency and insulin resistance and my cysts were healed by taking care of both things.... the sea kelp for iodine and the ketogenic diet for insulin resistance. Those people hesitant to try the ketogenic diet don't need to stress about it. I thought I could never do it. I now don't ever crave sugar or carbs. I have lost 35 lbs since January 1st ( it is April 1st) All I do each meal is fill my plate half full of vegetables, pick one protein, and one fat. I hope this helps. I was desperate on January 1st at the doctor's office, my cycle was like a water faucet that day. I had never seen so much blood. Also, I have not returned to the dr.s office yet.
