Taste is great.

My favorite preworkout. No headache. Feel the pump in about 10 mins after drinking. My workouts are much more intense and efficient when I use this. Only use 3x per week at most bc I don't want to build up a tolerance for it. Flavor is ok at best.

I’ve always had good experiences with Ronnie Coleman’s Yeah Buddy. Good energy, no crash after (which is GREAT, because some pre’s have made me feel like a vampire was draining my life force), no “stinging” feeing from beta alinine. Would definitely recommend it. BUT. Be prepared. When you open and scoop it, it does “smoke up”, and you WILL breathe it in and cough. It’s almost impossible not to. Every time I use it, six days a week, I scoop it out and start coughing. Never had that happen with any other pre. Otherwise, give it a shot. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

I love this stuff! Very strong with very little tingle.

It gave me some energy and tasted pretty good, but honestly this product was nothing to shout about. I get more out of basic testosterone support supplements, and D- Aspartic Acid. I purchased once, but haven't since that first time. It wasn't even that the price was bad, but for me, if a product like this isn't a game changer, as promised-... then I won't waste my money a second time. Maybe I needed to try it longer, but how long is long enough? Plus I was using more than the suggested dose, so you would think I would get something more out of it. For reference, I am F, 35, 5'4 140Lbs If that is necessary or helps anyone else at all.

This stuff is pretty good. I don’t know the caffeine content because it does not say on the container also in the description it says 420 mg but if you look at the pictures, it says 200 mg so I’m not sure what’s going on with that and how much caffeine is actually in it But I have used it. It works well without the jitters or crash.

Mixes well taste not horrible not good mild energy wouldn’t buy again for the price point

Received it and it was clumpy and not edible
