Graphic card upgrade
Laptop is good but graphic card is upgrad because laptop not working for cad work

Bad quality and don’t purchase (speakers, speed, screen, charging)
Don’t purchase. Processor: 12th Gen Intel Core I7-1255U processor | 10 Cores | 12 Threads | Speed Upto 4.7 Ghz | it is not 4.7 Ghz it is only 1.7 Very slow compared to i512th gen Don’t purchase Speakers very bad quality Charging also not good getting 3 hr only.(very poor) Screen quality also very poor

Don't even think to buy it.
Worst laptop , camera stop working after 1 month of use , updated the camera driver checked everything but it stops working suddenly ... RAM get burned after 1.6 years only. Speed is very slow. Chipset damaged after 2 year.. It's a total waste of money.

Amazing Laptop but warranty issues seen
2nd July 2025: After constant interaction with Lenevo customer care, I got the updated warranty for 12 months. I am changing my rating to 4* Received this product on 27th June 2025 with in a day service. Very well packed and it was good service provided by Amazon for deliery. Unboxing was done with video and was able to plug in the laptop with power and all went well. The system is very smooth, No lagging and everything is perfect. Good deal I got. Only one issue I want to report is that the Warranty says as just 3 months remaining which is unacceptable and also same with the battery warranty. I see that that warranty is displayed from the date of manufacturing date registration which is september 2024. I have complained to Seller and Lenenvo as well. Other than this everything is perfect. Good battery life, great performance However Camera quality is so poor which could have been improved.

Good for nothing
I got the laptop on 22th June 2025.but laptop purchased date is September 2024 that belapur service center informed about that. And also Bluetooth and WiFi cheep is non functional. Very big fruad with me. I will not recommend anyone to buy this laptop from this seller. Big frustration with amazon. Good for nothing. I want to rate the laptop under minus .

Warranty/Service Scam
Its been 5 months i purchased this laptop and there is some issue in the speaker and when i went to lenovo care they told me only 2 months are remaining for your warranty while amazon has mentioned 1 year warranty and it sounds like a scam now I also requested service through amazon but no one reached out to me
