Q: Will this mix fruits (strawberries) in protein shake?

For those reading: You need something with a blade rather than a whisk. Whisks are best for powders. I can suggest the Supkitdin mini blender as I have used it for over one year with zero issues. It will mix powders well, due to high RPM, but also has 6 blades which slice and blend fruits.

Q: Can it run while recharging?

It will run while it’s charging. However, it most likely will run more efficiently when it’s fully charged and the charging cord provided is very short.

Q: I want to use the frother for coffee but I don't know it's effect for milk foams

it is great for frothing. Make sure milk is cold and preferably lower in fat.

Q: Is there a version of this that includes a stand?

I bought a stand separately but I ended up not having to use it. It stands up on its own.
