Easy to use

HORRENDOUS - save yourself stress and don't buy
Absolute pile of stinking (insert expletive). Where do I start?? Paper jams, pages failing to print, settings reverting to default, eats a lot of ink, cartridges expensive. Haven't got around to using the audio system, nor will I be. This lump of plastic rubbish is going back. Save yourself stress and buy something else

HP never understand the customer
Not sure why these days the printer became more complicated in terms of connecting and printing. Lot of issues with drivers and still now unable to print a single page. Frustrated and never the engineers understand the exact customer need. Tried calling UK customer care number but the number doesn't work. I have two HP printer lying around with no use in my home.
