I have borderline high blood pressure and get headaches occasionally which is related.I find these capsules reduce my blood pressure a little, enough to give relief from the headaches.

These actually help with improving immunity system. Ever since started using these I do not get any common colds. I feel better release of energy. They do not smell badly and do not leave a bad taste in the mouth. They are not difficult to swallow.
