This package contains amino acids and an electrolyte blend in powder form, with a total of 30 servings. Typically, there is one desiccant per package; however, my container included three desiccants.Pros: This combination of essential amino acids and electrolytes supports sports performance, hydration, and comfort during hot days.Cons: Although designed for sports enthusiasts who engage in physical activity to enhance health, the inclusion of artificial ingredients and sweeteners in this product is a disadvantage. These components are often associated with health concerns and an artificial taste. A formulation without these artificial additives would be preferable.

Not many workout products have an effect that is noticeable. Not that this made me huge with muscles but I definably feel a difference. I really like the BCAAs and this product delivers. no shakes, no discomfort, just excellent hydration support. I highly recommend. and I don't typically endorse exercise food, too many different opinions but this product is worth a try.

Seems a little expensive compared to other similar products but tasted great.
