This is an amazing product. I have had many irons and travel steam irons but this steam iron is my favorite. Steams easily horizontally or vertically because it’s a steamer and iron on one. Genius!!! I did have trouble with the head becoming loose but the company replaced my iron. The customer service was excellent!! Just try it!! You’ll love it!!

We originally purchased the Jack & Rose dual voltage travel steamer/iron for our trip to Croatia and Greece. It worked beautifully and when we returned I loved that I could use it as a steamer for those quick touch ups!Recently, about a year after original purchase, I noticed a problem and contacted Jack & Rose. They immediately addressed my issue. Great product and great customer service!

Heats up fast, works well, and has a good travel size (like a hair dryer). Removes jacket and pants wrinkles fast and with little effort. Good value for money. The water capacity is somewhat small, but can’t be different if you want a travel size device. However, it reheats up very fast so it is not an inconvenient at all.

This steamer heats up fast, is easy to use, and works well. I've used handheld steamers for many years and was in the market to replace a small one that stopped working.Pros:-Compact design-Ease of use-2 steam settings-Successfully removed wrinkles from silk, cotton, polyester, and linen. Many travel steamers aren't strong enough to fully steam my pants, so this was a win.Cons:-Quite heavy for something that is marketed as a "travel steamer". I ended up putting it in my checked bag for my last 2 trips because of the size/weight-The hot plate where the steam comes out is seriously dangerous. I've never had a steamer with a metal plate on the end, and wouldn't buy another after having this one. It's marketed as an "iron" feature, but just picture the handle of an iron being 2" from the metal plate and then waving it in the air repeatedly. Because of the weight of the steamer head, it naturally is top heavy. Not ideal.-Tons of reviews about the broken steamer head where it attaches to the wand. Now that I've used it, I can see how easily this would happen and I'm expecting the mechanism to eventually fail from repeated twisting.

I trusted this with my wedding dress. That should say it all. I had a destination wedding, and it worked great on my incredibly wrinkled dress. Everyone else used it for their suits, too. I travel for work a lot, and never leave home without this steamer (hotel irons can be a bit dodgy even in the nicest of places). It doesn't have a huge reservoir, but the trade off is that it is very portable. It is quick and easy to use.

I bought the Jack & Rose steamer almost a year ago, and it was working fine until it suddenly stopped working. I reached out to customer service, and they were incredibly helpful. Jaina from the support team promptly responded and arranged a replacement despite the long time since my purchase.The new steamer works well – it heats up quickly and effectively removes wrinkles, though the water tank is still a bit small for my needs. I got this on Friday and couldn’t wait to use it. I left on a business trip on Sunday but used it three times at home. It works amazingly well. I love it!

So far so good! Used it for the first time and I really like it… it’s a bit on the heavy side so not sure I would taravel with it but great alternative to a conventional iron.
