RUSK Wired Flexible Styling Creme 10 Ounce

Light hold, great smell and not filled with extra chemicals for those who are allergic. No frizz, gives great volume and shine. Highly recommend.

I first purchased this product (Rusk ... wired flexible styling creme) from someplace like Marshalls not expecting much. This turned out to be one of the very best products I could take home for me. My hair is short, cowlicks that make me nuts. I use maybe a pea sized amount and it tames those cowlicks and makes my hair go in the direction I want. I can restyle during the workday if I need to. It's lightweight, not at all yucky. Smells lovely. The 1st tube lasted close to 2 yrs for me. Initially the price threw me for a loop. But it's definitely worth the cost. ( I don't spend a lot of time in front of a mirror at my age. Past that.)

I have fine, thin hair (from my Irish Grandma, my mother used to say). This is the best product I have ever used to keep my hair from looking flat. Without using this product my hair loses its style within an hour or so. Wired creme used after washing and before blow drying makes style all day and even covers the next morning. No product I've ever used made my hairstyle survive for a second day after sleeping on it all night. The thing I like best is I can brush it out, it is not stiff and the style lasts!

Rusk, you have a very good product but can you do something about the smell? Works great on my dry frizzy thin highly porous type 2c hair. Added body & thickness with pretty good frizz control & great manageability. I think my hair loves castor oil, which is interesting since I would have thought castor oil would have weighed down my thin hair yet it didn’t. If anything, it felt thicker and bouncier.

I've been using this product for the last 15 years. Sometimes I tried a different product I came back to WIRED. Nothing compares to it. My hair is really hard to handle, ugly curls, a lot of frizz and very hard to keep the shape especially on a humid environment. Since I live in FL, where the humidity is high all year round, I always need something to make my hair looks "decent" for a few day. I usually wash my hair twice a week and after towel drying I apply 3 drops of "TRESemmé GET SLEEK" and afterwards, a little less than an inch of WIRED (as it comes fro the tube), rub it with my hands and apply it through the hair, then comb it and start blow drying. It is unbelievable how soft and nice my hair looks! Even my hairdresser has complimented me about it! Sometimes, when the weather is too humid, I wake up with a not too nice hair...so I do a fast blow dry to reshape it...and that's it! It lasts looking great for at least 3-4 more days!!! Even during a windy day I still look like I had a fabulous hair!!! No one would believe my hair is terrible!!! I really recommend this product!

Love this stuff. It comes out like a cream, rub it between your hands and it becomes a light dressing for your hair. I have very short hair now (thanks to chemo) and this preparation helps keep my hair in place (a terrible cowlick that has a mind of its own). It does not dry stiff but still keeps your hair in place very nicely. I have this very powerful cowlick that I didn't know existed because I've always have waist length hair. Now with the short hair the cowlick stands up. This stuff knocks it down perfectly and has helped train my hair the way I want it to lay. Great for high humidity days. Kills the frizzies.

I like the feel , smell and results of this product. I have textured hair that can behave differently On high humidity days. Use of this product keeps my hair soft with out being shiny or stiff when I use a Barrette . I can also use a small amount to create neck area curls under a pony tail or along The side of my face. A small amount in my part can defeat a stubborn cowlick and hold a parted section off my face with out a stiff look or feel. I haven't used it in a heavy application but I have no doubt For short hair styles it would be excellent for holding a special look. I have also used it as a light setting Application for small curls as they dry in clips. It brushed out nicely.

Smelled nice but left my hair stringey and looking unwashed. Would not buy again. Product too heavy and only used size of jelly bean.

I have been using this product for many years and can't do without. My hairdresser introduced me to this styling cream, not sticky and styles your hair whichever way you want and maintains the style all day. I recommend this product . Try it and you won't regret it.

Me encanta porque usando una pequeña cantidad puedo moldear mi cabello como quiero y éste mantiene su forma hasta la siguiente lavada sin dejarlo saturado ni grasoso, algo fuera de lo común en cabello con ondas muy marcadas como el mío. Es una maravilla de producto. Cuesta trabajo conseguirlo. Deberían tener más en existencia, ya que sólo pude pedir una pieza.
