Love this when it works, plenty of power and gives great light, happy with though sometimes it misses a a shot. Now to be fair i think its the remote as all tend to miss at the same time - (ive got 3). But ive not tried a different remote yet - (ill test and update as i have 3 of those too)

The light is a little inconsistent in power output and fails to fire about 1 in 15 or 20 times. However, for the price, I didn’t expect perfection. The battery life is good and I’ve done several studio shoots without having to change batteries part way through. Would I buy another? Probably.Edit, Jan 2024: The problems I had were due to me not giving the strobe enough time to fully recharge before the next shot. I have since bought two more of these.

The specs for this are really off the charts when you compare it with the price, phenomenal battery life and excellent exterior finish, worth every penny.

Before i ordered 2 of these heads i have one of my long standing Bowen 500 DX heads explode on me which lead me to purchasing these. I really wasn't expecting to much both in the way of light or battery life how wrong was i in both aspects they really are wonderful lights and the battery life last infact i haven't used the charged spare as yet. If your looking for quality lighting and on a budget look no further i really hope these lights stand the test of time but it's looking good so far.

Well made, great value, quite chunky, needs a solid stand. Took a group shot in the church with 16mm lens using white umbrella, TTL mode, and it lit up edge to edge and right to the back.
