Great for home made pizzas
This is finer than normal semolina, more flour texture than gritty.We bought to use with our pizza oven, gives the pizza a nice crispy base & crust.Can sometimes burn a little though due to its fineness.

Good flour, great results
This flour was great, used it to make Pane Carasau known to some folk as Sardinian flat bread.

Good quality flour
This flour is really good quality, but a slightly coarser milk woukd be better for pasta. It tends to absorb a lot of water.

Add a crust, good product
Adds a nice crust to pizza, worth using if you have a wood fired pizza oven as it adds an extra dimension to the flavour and doesn't burn like regular flour. Use it on the peel before throwing the pizza in the oven. Stick to Tipo 00 for actually making the dough!
