O Olive Oil, Citrus Champagne Vinegar, 6.8oz Glass Bottle (Pack of 2)

This is my absolute favorite vinegar for making vinaigrettes and mignonette!

I usually love this brand of oils and vinegars and use them often in cooking and creating salad dressings.This one is just too sharp. The citrus is overwhelming. I tried creating a salad dressing with it, but it was so strong it wiped out any other flavors. A small dash of it in cooking might work, perhaps for a chicken or fish dish, but at that point you might as well just use a quick squeeze of lemon.Try their red wine vinegar, instead. It is absolutely one of the best on the market.

Love the taste of this vinegar, it used to be sold in my grocery store, so sad when they stopped selling it! Soooo happy when I found it on amazon!!!

Love this product for my poached eggs in the morning.
